Q: Does this machine come full with fuel?

A: Yes and it will be greased and oiled, usually the hirer will get their own fuel if needed after that as some sites are high risk of theft. We don't expect you to fill the machine when finished, we will do that for you and put the fuel usage on your account.

Q: Do you deliver?

A: Yes we do deliver or arrange for delivery and pick up from Hamilton to Whangarei, for longer periods of hire we will look at the best delivery price.

Q: Do you Hire/deliver on the weekends?

A: Yes as we know your time is precious we prefer to drop the machine off on Friday and pick up on Monday morning / Sunday night so you can get the most out of hire. This extra time is not charged to you only the days / time the machine has been used for.

Q: What happens if there is a breakdown?

A: A machine will be delivered to you in working order but sometimes there can be a breakdown, just give us a call on the 0800 number at the top of the page and we will sort it out

Q: What happens if I don't know how to operate the machine?

A: We can show you how to operate it, however you will have to be over 18yrs to operate our machines, still not sure when we have left it with you? Give us a call and we will talk you though it, its that easy!

Q: Do I have to clean the machine when I have finished hiring it?

A: If possible that would be good, we realise that sometimes it is not possible to clean the machine, if the machine is really dirty there is a small cleaning fee of $30.

Q: Is the machine insured on site?

A: Yes however there is a 7% insurance fee on top of the hire fee.

Q: What happens if I cant use the machine due to rain?

A: If you are not using it we don't expect you to pay for it, if the machine is at a safe site it can stay there until you can finish the job

Q: Do you give a discount for longer hire?

A: A yes we do, the longer the better!

Q: What happens if I have said I wanted the machine for three weeks and I only use it for two? Or I want it for two weeks and need it for three?

A: No worries just let us know as soon as possible.
